CONFIRMED: New Evidence Shows Enough Illegal Votes To Flip November Election in Georgia

Every American who cares about American elections remaining fair should pay attention to voter fraud in Georgia. While it will not change the election's outcome, eliminating voter fraud can be essential to the future of democracy.

Georgia law says that officials should overturn an election if more illegal votes were cast than determined the election or if there is systematic evidence of voting irregularities. Mark Davis, president of Data Productions Inc., and the only person to have successfully overturned the same election results twice in court, says that his data proves that both may be true of the November 2020 general election in Georgia.

Georgia law says that people must live in the county where they are registered to vote unless they provide evidence that they moved within 30 days of the election. Davis obtained the National Change of Address data from the United States Postal System. Then, he compared that data to where people voted. He found that 35,000 people said they had moved, but records show that they voted in the county they previously lived.

The only time that this legally occurs is when a person has a temporary address, such as moving off to college or being sent somewhere by the military.

Therefore, Davis concludes that the majority of those 35,000 votes should not count. Since Biden’s winning margin in Georgia was only 12,670 votes, the election results could have differed.

When Davis ran the data, he found that, of the approximately 35,000 Georgians who indicated they had moved from one county to another county more than 30 days before the November general election, as of May, more than 10,300 had updated their voter registration information, providing the secretary of state the exact address they had previously provided to the USPS. Those same 10,000-plus individuals all also cast ballots in the county in which they had previously lived.

“That number continues to increase every day as more and more people update their registrations,” Davis said. “I have little doubt that the total number will eventually meet and then exceed President Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia.” Davis, who has testified as an expert witness multiple times in disputed election cases, believes Trump might have won a challenge to the Georgia election results had a court actually heard his case.

“Under Georgia law, a judge can order an election be redone if he or she sees there were enough illegal, irregular, or improperly rejected votes to cast the results of the election in doubt, or if they see evidence of ‘systemic irregularities,’” Davis said.
