Federal Judge SLAPS DOWN Democrat Governor's Unconstitutional COVID Orders

We've seen almost every Democrat state issue some ridiculous and unconstitutional orders all in the name of "safety". At least that's what they claim anyway.

One of these governors just got a huge slap in the face after a judge ruled that the orders were unconstitutional.

Governor Tim Wolf of Pennsylvania has been one of the bad ones. Gov. Wolf has arbitrarily closed down businesses, not allowing churches to meet, and even threatened to revoke business licenses for those that refused to close down.

A federal judge in Pittsburgh on Monday found that orders issued by Gov. Tom Wolf restricting the size of gatherings and closing non-essential businesses to protect against the spread of COVID-19 were unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge William S. Stickman IV wrote in his 66-page opinion that even though the actions taken in the spring by Wolf and Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine were laudable, they violated the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly, and the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.

“It’s a complete and total victory for the counties, the businesses and the representatives,” said attorney Thomas W. King III, who represented the plaintiffs in the case. “You can’t order the entire population of Pennsylvania to stay at home.”

Pennsylvania is a bit of a disaster already because they have a mentally ill man acting as the Health Secretary of Pennsylvania. Dr. "Rachel" Levine, who is a transgender person (guy pretending to be a girl) is the top health official of the state. How sad is that?

We need to get back to a society that recognizes that you can't just claim to be something and it be true. People get into an uproar about pretending to be black like Rachel Dolezal, why aren't they just as worked up over a man pretending to be a woman?
