A Message To North Korea From our U.S. Military

With looming threats coming out of North Korea involving nuclear and chemical weapons, the US Air Force had something to say to their dictator. All that tough talk, Kim Jong-un, will only gets ya so far with President Trump and our armed forces.

Despite warnings Kim Jong-un, also know as The Glorious Potato, moved forward with their testing of a nuke. However, our fly boys wanted to let them know that we're watching, we're waiting. Other countries in the region, too, are gearing up for the possibility of an attack. With South Korea and Japan most notably preparing an evacuation of South Korea, so far at least 60,000 people.

"U.S. Air Force officials made it clear to North Korea they were not messing around, launching a surprise military exercise with full combat air power in Japan Wednesday," according to Fox News. "The jets in the arsenal of the 18th Wing, which conducted the exercise, include HH-60 Pave Hawks, F-15 Eagles, E-3 Sentries and KC-135 Stratotankers. Military officials call it the Air Force’s largest combat-ready wing."

Our boys made a big entrance, however, on the 12th of this month conducting an unannounced exercise in Japan. This move was a message more than anything, a show of force. No more talking, or putting up with The Glorious Potato and his threats... we're ready. Mattis and Trump wanted to make it clear, no more messing around. They're teaming up with Japan in a joint exercise, again, as a show of power to N. Korea.

China, however, wants to work to diffuse the situation.

"Military force cannot resolve the issue," Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said, according to Fox News. "Amid challenge there is opportunity. Amid tensions we will also find a kind of opportunity to return to talks."

The U.S. has been pressuring China to start trade sanctions on the country. However, with N. Korea's interest in developing and continuing development of their arsenal that may no longer be an option.
