President Trump Warns DeSantis Not to Run for President...or He'll Do This

A presidential run in 2024 is anticipated to be announced by President Trump. Additionally, he is setting the stage for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, which has generated buzz.

DeSantis' reelection campaign for governor of Florida has just come to a triumphant conclusion. In the event that DeSantis decides to run for president in 2024, Trump has promised to reveal some unwanted dirt on him.

“If he runs, he runs,” Trump said, according to the Wall Street Journal. Despite describing the governor as "a fine guy," Trump warned that if he decides to run, he will reveal information about DeSantis that won't be very positive. He claimed that, aside from his wife, he knew more about him than anyone else. Trump also claimed that she is actually in charge of his campaign.

According to the media, Trump stated, "I think if he runs, he could hurt himself very badly." He added, "I think he would be making a mistake. “I think the base would not like it.” Trump, according to Fox News Digital, does not think the outcome would be favorable for the party.

Trump has stated that he will be making "a very big announcement" on November 15 at his Mar-a-Lago home.

At a speech last week, Trump insulted DeSantis by calling him "Ron DeSanctimonious."

Trump's actions do not appear to worry DeSantis. He recently defeated Charlie Crist in the race for governor of Florida in 2022 by a wide margin. Additionally, he is becoming more well-liked among those on the right who think he could run for president in 2024.

In the past, Crist has held the office of governor of Florida as a Republican. He held this position from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Crist unsuccessfully ran as an Independent for the U.S. Senate in 2010. He ran as a Democrat in 2014 but lost once more. Moreover, he slammed into DeSantis' red wave this year by charging head-on into it.
